I'm a newbie to this site also and people have been really warm and welcoming to me. Someone gave me the site www.fitday.com, it is a very nice site where you can log just about anything. Hope it is as helpful for you as it was for me and good luck on your journey.

I am new here and just wanted to say hi. i am currently on JC diet and have lost 14.7 pounds so far.
