Fit before 30
 

I turn 29 tomorrow....and in the next year I have promised myself to become a thinner, fitter me.
I have lost 25 since AUgust 2005 and would like to lose 60lbs. more.
My first week weigh-in for WW is on WEdnesday and I am looking forward to it.
I'm not sure I will have lost anything but I think I am really going to get addicted to the meetings...
Anyhow, I'm looking to see if there are other people that would like to share their ups and downs with their new healthy lifestyle.
It's a long road ahead and it won't seem so far with a few friends!

Hi Sookynah. Happy Birthday :) I am about to turn 30 in June and I've got that as a goal to be on the way to my...er...goal. Why does it seem that 30 is such a looming age to get into it? I'm willing to share those day to day stories.
