Want a buddy
 

Hi! I'm new to the boards, and looking for a buddy with about 15 pounds to lose. I am turning twenty in march. I'm a sophomore in college, and a type one diabetic. I was diagnosed about seven years ago. I want to lose weight, not because it is medically necessary, but because I don't want to buy new clothes (i put on my weight during a very stressful fall semester), and my doctor wants me to be on the leaner in for this summer when inhaled insulin hits the market, so I have more wiggle room with weight fluxuation, etc.

I have an awesome boyfriend who I have been with since I was 16, but he lives about five hours away because we go to seperate colleges. We're planning on getting married in the summer 2009. ^_^

I'd like to find someone around my age (like 17-25). I don't care how much you have to lose, everybody is different, with different metabolisms and stuff. I love yoga, tai chi, weight training, and hiking, and girly stuff.:D

Yes, actually I live downtown. It rocks! Snowing right now so we're going to go play in it. There's so much fun stuff to do. :D
