Hello Im a 21 year old from GA lol. Im in love with the whole Steeler's team I have been since the day I was born. Before I had my baby 3 years and about 10 months ago I weighed 130lbs, not I am a full 210lbs I started my weight loss on the 9th of Jan. and weighed the heavest I have ever weighed in my life 230lbs. I have lost 20lbs so far and hope to be at 150 by July. I am on phentermine (checked monthly by my doctor). I am married with only 1 little girl.

Yea sea island. Thats me! I wanted to let everyone know my days worth of work. I eat between 1200-1400 cals per day, I do kick boxing for 25 minutes and 10 minutes of pilates, and I dont eat after dinner. I drink 1 diet soda with dinner and the rest of the day water.

Yes we finally got our one for the thumb!!!!!


My little one is going to be 4 next week. I had her way to young I know, but what can ya do. I love her and my husband (He is her father) very much. So I was stuck at only a 20lb loss but today the scale finally moved down one more, I hope I dont get stuck anymore lol but we all know it happens.
