I'm Barbara (almost 30 :dizzy: )SAHM of 2 children and wife to a terrific man.
I am from Perth, Western Australia.

I am here to get motivated! I have been losing weight through good food and exercise but have recently put on 5kgs from emotional eating.
So I hope this great looking site will help me reach my goal :)

I joined yesterday. I came here for the support. I know what to eat, but tend to let my emotions take over. I'm from the USA (ME).
I have about 35lbs to loose.

Hi Barbara...I'm a fellow Aussie and chat on the Aussie chicks site...great inspiration they all are and it certainly helps to chat about our successes(or hopefully not too often) our bad weeks...I am from Queensland and only joined this site in January and I think it is great.
