100+ Email Friends
 
Hello.. I am seeking a few weight loss email friends for one on one support. I am a shy gal and don't do well in a large group setting. I like this site for that extra moral support, but perferred on making friends via email for those who have 100 Lbs or more to loose.

About me... I am 39 yrs old, single, no kids, living in New Jersey with my family. I currently weigh 410 and struggling each day to stay on track with my plan as well control my poor eating habits.

I have started fresh today with calorie counting and walking of using my step counter. I am journaling the ole fashion way with a small notebook..I am keeping my calories low,since I am huge binge snacker that am doing my best on eating 3 balanced meals.

Need a buddies/friends who is willing on offering support and share food journal daily, compare steps for motivation within us.

Welcome, I know it is hard to find the spot for the best motivation,butI hope I can help. I am 29 to be 30 this year with 1 child. There is so much to motivate me this year (lots of things I want to get fit for). I calorie count, exercise and take things a step at a time.

Hi, I'm Nikki. If your still looking for buddies, I'd love to be your buddy. I have 100x3+69 to loose myself!! So I'm going to be dieting for awhile. I have to learn things, like how to properly arrange healthy meals and snacks. And most importantly, I have to force myself to have at least something to drink during the day hours.
