Newbie!
Hi all. I am Jenn, from VA. I am just starting out (again) and really want to stay commited to this. My long time goal is to lose about 80lbs, but Im trying to start out *slow*, so it seems more realistic and easy on me if that makes sense. lol I am 24 years old, living in VA with my husband, and 2 doggies. :)
I am planning to do the WW-points, and try to do some exercising with it. I need inspiration, and a buddy if so! How do I go about getting on of those? lol |

You sound like you have some very realistic goals and ideas about how you are going about losing weight. I am doing a low carb approach and surprisingly it's not as impossible as I thought it would be, and if I plan better, I won't cheat, so this week I really planned my meals and went shopping. I also start exercising this week...blah..:carrot: as you can tell, I am really excited. This is probably going to be the toughest part to stick too, but I am also going to try and find fun activities to do that I can count as exercise as well.
