Hello everyone!!!
Hi everyone! My name is cindy and i'm a newbie. I've been on this forum a couple times before. I've been struggling to lose weight for over a year but i always put it off and never get motivated. But I just realized that i gained 13 pounds since september :mad: I really need to take action and get fit! I'm currently training for a 10k run in April. But I barely run.....in the first few weeks of jan, i ran around 3 or 4 times a week. But now the weather is devastating me and I run once a week or less.
My goal is to be down to 130 pounds by May 2006. Right now I weigh 160 pounds at 5'7. |
