I am new here as you know looking to team up with someone for maybe WW or something that helps control portions this is my main problem. Any takers?:carrot:

I try and stick to the WW plan for weight loss. I don't go to the meeting I do it on my own. It's easier to stick to the plan when you have a buddy to keep you going. I'm 235 and my goal is 180

I am 210 and want to be back to my prebaby 150-60. I am doing weight watchers, though not attending meetings, I have in the past and have all the info so, I know wha tI need to do. Want to forma trio?

hi guys....i go to meetings and will restart monday but i weigh on saturdays... i gotta hustle im over goal....

Monday weigh in's are good for me. Should we post our points here too? How many we used each day? May help keep is in line if we have to show each other how we are doing each day. What do you all think? No long island here I'm in florida.
