Just another noobie post!
Hey all! Kristan here. I just joined my local YMCA at the beginning of the year. I've been doing good with the excercise part (60mins on elliptical every day/other day and weight lifting at least 3 times a week!) It's the eating part I need to work on!! Hope to find some great info here!!:D
