So..hello

Im 23, live in sunny bradford in the uk, and am currently a student in Bioarchaeology.

Have lots of weight and body issues but realised the reason i fail is often lack of support hence why im here.

I hope to chat with you guys more...this is all a bit scary really :o

Im 23, a student and not thnking about kids for a few years yet :dizzy:

Im currently about 175lb and 5'7. I wear a uk sz 14/16, not sure what that is in the US.

I know that in comparrison to a lot of people, im not "large" but im unhealthy, and i have a very low self image, so im looking to lose about 50lb to get back to where i was happy.

I love clothes, make up and shopping and one of my hates is clothes shops that only cater to stick people, makes it hard sometimes to be as fashionable as id like.

We currently live in the Uk but will be moving to Texas near Christmas, as my H's parents live there.

I've been drinking Lipton's Citrus Green Tea and I have not had pop in 2 days I'm doing good I went 3 days before but i"m trying to drop 30lbs because I have a Church Anniversary to attend and I want to have this tight fitting dress on so I will look very nice but you are welcome to private message me or email me either one is fine i"m always here to help because College is ending for me in 4 more weeks so I'll be on here all the time but i"m looking for a Job well I'm applying for a job and I work from 5 til 10pm at night and I'm going to wait til I get out of school so it will still be daylight at 10.

Have you looked at the Challenges or different weekly/daily chat threads going for various plans/clubs/age groups? You can get a whole group of buddies, all checking in with one another on a daily or weekly basis - it can be great help! What sort of plan are you following?
