anyone on trim spa
 

hey yall im just lookin for someone who has taken or taking trim spa as a buddy

U will hear countless times on this forum that no supplements are useful. That is not true. Unfortunately on trimspa it is true. It contains too little of some main ingrediants to be of true benefit. There has been a lot of research into this one. U might want to try something else. Sorry. In truth if u can do it without the supplements all the best to u, but if u need something extra that's good too. Yet, get something that works if not u might as well get a cheaper pill and take it like a placebo if that's what u need mentally. I would also recommend watching out in taking things that haven't been in the market very long.
