Hi All,

I happened across this site yesterday, I'm not sure how I found it, but I'm glad I did.

I'm Travis, I live in Oregon with my husband and my two boys. I turn 40 this year (in August) and decided that I really wanted to be at my best when I hit that mark. 3 years ago I dreaded turning 40, but today I can honestly say that I'm excited and looking forward to it!!

This journey to drop weight, firm up and live a healthier life, though tried before, has never felt more right than now!!

I'm so glad to have found a place here!!
