noobie to site, but not to the battle!
 

I have had weight problems all my life. At one point I was too thin like 12 years ago, but most of my life I have struggled with my weight. I recently got engaged, and realized I am bigger than I have been in a long time. My fiance also struggles with his weight and we have decided to diet together, but I need all the support I can get with all the stress of planning a wedding. I want to be back to a more svelt me when we walk down the aisle in the Fall.

I'm 35, and currently weight 155.4 I want to get down to 125. help?
