I am walking every day, a mile. I dont like to walk alone. I hate to say it but I dont have any friends here and dont know how to make them. I dont want to exercise and lose weight alone. I think it would be better if I had someone to hang out with and walk with. I go out with my husband but he doesnt eat like I am for my diet. It gets really hard sometimes because he is all that I have for support and he is never here, he works a lot. Thanks.
