Hi all. This is an urgent appeal for a buddy! I'm starting off on this journey (again!) and would love to have someone to chat with, share highs and lows, tips, hints and encouragement. I have quite a lot to lose, don't know the exact amount because i have banned scales this time. I'm 34 ( still 17 in my head tho sometimes:dizzy: ), from Ireland and a single mum with a 13 yr old son. I'd love to hear from anyone, anywhere...just drop me a wee note:flow2:

Hiya! And :wel3fc:. Can you share some stats? How much are you looking to lose? What plan are you going to follow? Have you ever lost weight before?

Hi system addict. I would like to buddy up with you. Where to start? Well, I am 31 years old and trying to get in shape/eat healthier/and lose weight again. I joined a gym last year but only went sporadically and it is time to do something about that. I can find 1 million reasons why I can't go to workout. Like: too tired, too much else to do, no time, it's late, etc.... I am sure you know what I mean. My ultimate goal is to get toned up and lose weight before I get pregnant (hopefully later this year). I have to do this for my health too. I can't walk up a hill without having to rest and that is just pathetic. I have a desk job so that has not helped either. I have done WW in the past but of course, gained it all back. I am planning on watching my calorie intake, making healthier food choices, and exercising. Do you know how do you get the weight loss ticker at the bottom that shows how much you need to lose?

Hello!! I'll be a buddy! I need all the support and encouragement I can get! I'm working on losing 85 lbs myself, my first weighin will be on Monday! Cant wait to share the great news!! You arent alone! We'll do this together!! Good luck!
