Newbie!!!!!! Need Buddy!!!!!
I am 21 and a college student. I find it difficult to find time to exercise and find it even MORE difficult to eat healthy. I am looking for a buddy who can give me motivation and the reverse.
I just recently broke up with my bf of 4 yrs. I have been definitely using food as my comfort. I have tried the majority of diet plans and fitness routines. I am the queen of home fitness videos/dvds.... haha. I am always up for answering questions about diet plans or fitness routines because I have been there. :) Goals: * to lose 10 lbs or more by Apr. 8 - i am a brides maid * to loose 20 lbs by swimsuit season ---motivated120--- |
hey... me and you are in the same boat.. im a college student too and i have done every diet plan in the book :) if you need someone to be your cheerleader, im perfect for you because i have past experience lol..
