hi everyone my name is Stephanie or Lilin. I am trying to lose 160 lbs. for many reasons...one is my health and another is so i will be allowed to TTC. I lost a baby boy in Sept 2004 due to PROM and a prolapsed cord. I had complications from the beginning...mostly because of my weight. After being depressed i gained a lot of weight then i fell down stairs and hurt my back and havent been able to do much. So i have gained 100 lbs in the last 16 months.
I made a plan that i will start dieting and exercising 1/22/06. i was also going to buy the Biggest loser dvd..but all the places around me have sold out and i have to wait a few more days. Is this really worth spending money on?

Welcome. I do not have the Biggest Loser DVD, but am so tempted to buy it. Everything I have seen on this site is high praise. Believe it or not on Kenny Chesney's website some of the girls speak highly of it as well (he has a message board section for "online losers" for those who work out and want to get fit).

This site is a big help for myself. I want to lose 120 lbs. I feel like I have accountability to everyone on this site to do well. It is also nice knowing their are other people who are in the same situation I am. The encouragement and success stories are great.
