Anyone new to the South Beah diet?
 

I am on phase 2 of the sb diet. I am looking for some support, and ideas that are working for you. I am totally comitted and hope this is the last time I will have to try to lose the weight I have gained. I would like to lose 40 pds whenever but need to lose about 20 pds by the end of Feb. I know I am dreaming big but hey it is a goal. Ihope you have big dreams too.I know we can do this.:carrot:

I am sort of new to the South Beach Diet, my parents have done it on and off since it first became popular, so I have been around it but never tried it for myself. I started on Dec. 26 and have lost 19 lbs. since. I am more or less still eating as if I am on phase 1. I am also new to this site, I just found it today actually. So if I could be of any help, just let me kno :)
