My goal is to lose about 25-30lbs over the next few months. My biggest challenge is eating correctly.
Each afternoon at work around 3pm my body craves carbs or sugar. 
I have incorporated excising for a minimum of 20 mins a day in my life. And so far it's been draining.
But im sure with the ecouragement of the board I will lose atleast 5lbs in no time. 
Any tips,encourgement or grips are welcomed.
