Hi im new
Hi ladies,
My goal is to lose about 25-30lbs over the next few months. My biggest challenge is eating correctly.:?: Each afternoon at work around 3pm my body craves carbs or sugar. :nono: I have incorporated excising for a minimum of 20 mins a day in my life. And so far it's been draining.:( But im sure with the ecouragement of the board I will lose atleast 5lbs in no time. :hug: Any tips,encourgement or grips are welcomed. |

Are you on a food plan of some sort are are you still looking? I'm beginning to sound like a broke record but .... protein! Most certainly have protein for breakfast and some with every meal or snack. It can keep your blood sugar levels steadier and can keep you feeling full longer. |
Welcome, encouragement is what you will find here. I agree with susan, protein is important. Diets like atkins are big on protein. Those cravings are difficult. I've lost a good amount of weight this week by just watching what I eat, not eating food with a lot of carbs, fats, calories, or sodium. I've lost over 11 pounds ( i haven't weighed today yet) I decided to diet for a week then start exercising becuase i think trying to start two new things in one week might be a little overwhelming. So Monday starts my exercise. Good luck to you!
