  • HI! My name is Carrie. I am on my first goal of 45 lbs. I need to lose 90 lbs for health reasons. I am going for a smaller goal at first! I love to eat and this is SO HARD for me!! I work alot of hours so I will be around as much as possible!!

    I am a mother to 2 beautiful children (Matt is almost 11 and Josie is 5) and married to my best friend in the world. We have been married for 6 yrs. He is very supportive of me but very ignorant about dieting so he is kind of a PITA sometimes.

    i am looking for a committe group of people that will post on a regular basis to help eachother.

    is this the group i am looking for? i too need to lose weight for health problems. i started at the beginning of the month and am excited about sticking to it this time.

    i have cut down on carbs and this week hope to add exercise to my program.

    I have a husband that has never supported me losing weight. So I ended up doing this on my own. But coming here is a good thing to start off the new year right! I have been through some ups & downs in my dieting but always find the motivation to keep going. I have this wonderful group of ladies that make me laugh and keep me moving! I LOVE them all!!!

    I lost weight by watching my carbs, eating smaller portions, and kept moving no matter if it's exercise , walking, or cleaning my house. You have to move to lose!
