Hi everyone, my name is Lisa I have been on my healthy eating for 10 days now, as of Sunday I had lost 4 lbs. I have started a group at my church to help us all lose weight. I love this site! Especially all the interaction with everyone. It is awesome, I would love to hear from you all, we are using the WW and Healthy exchanges recipes for our new system, I have about 12 people so far we meet one time aweek on Sunday evenings. Any tips, suggestions, fav recipes or just want to talk please send it my way. Thanks
