Hello, I'm re-introducing myself (I was here several months ago lol).

I'm Amy (23), I'm married and I have one dd who will be 3 this month! I'm doing the South Beach diet right now and it's going well. We just moved to my hometown after living in DH's (Louisiana) for a year 1/2)...so I gotta work off all that good cjaun cooking!!!

I'm looking for a buddy that's approx my age (but not necessarily)! I have all 3 messengers so just shoot me a message!

I was on the South beach Diet last year...well, 2004 and I was doing well until I was getting sick alot. I found out I was allergic to all soy products! I tried dieting and going by the recipes without the soy/tofu but ended up getting discouraged. So I gave up. I do wish you well on it!!! :D
