Looking for a buddy and motivator!!
Hi! I am a SAHM and am looking for a buddy to work with. I mostly count calories and work on not eating junk food. I hate to exercise so I need someone to keep me on my toes. :carrot: I have lost 4 lbs so far and have about 46 to go.

I have to tell you that I clicked on your name and checked out your "public veiwer." I, too, live on a dairy farm...almost 400 head of cows. Plus I was born & raised in "Newberg" Oregon. LOL! Sounds like we should be "sisters!" ;) Four pounds is GREAT! All you have to do is keep moving. Moving is exercise and most people do not see it that way. I do. When I do my housework, man, I sweat! I LOVE to sweat.... :dizzy: ....It makes me feel as though I am burning da' fat! LOL!! :D So, don't concentrate too hard on the exercise thing; walking, bending, anything that allows you to be physical is exercise. Now, for the motivation part......move it, move it, MOVE IT!!!!!!! :carrot: Drink water and watch your salt, sugar and carb intake. Most of all, watch your portions...that's where I gained alot of weight in the first place...I ate and ate until I couldn't eat anymore, then ate again. emerald dragonfly |
That is a lot of cows.We only have 100 milking. Thanks for the encouragement. I love to sweat to. I usually feel the like the weight is dripping off of me. I wish it was that easy. I had a pretty good weekend.
I need learn when it is cold to drink my water. I tend to not drink as much. Thanks for replying I wasn't sure if I was doing something wrong or not. I didn't get any response for a while. Well, I got to go and get my son up for school. |
