I there an over 55 group , with the later years problems in losing weight and other pertinent problems?

Hi, we have a great bunch of ladies in the over 50's group. It's in the support group. Hope to see you there.

I think the problems of losing are so similar to any age, there is a connection to any age. I am glad to see those under 55 trying so hard to lose. They are decades ahead of me, and hopefully will avioid so many overweight problems when they are older. However I do understand the need for some peers. I, too would like to be a part of an over 55 group.
