Looking for a buddy with lupus
 

:hug: Need buddy that has a lot of weight to lose and has lupus. to help each other deal with the fatigue and the joint pain, not giving up on our bad days, to encourage each other to keep pushing towards our weight loss goal. ebike I dont mean to exclude anybody because I need all the help I can get. I just want to see is there anybody else that is going through both. Im so glad that I finally found a place where I can say what is going on with me and not feel ashamed.:D

I was diagnosed several years ago with Lupus. The join pain is what keeps me from doing physical activity except for walking. I do tire out very easily. Feel free to add me if you have yahoo messenger. Would love to be your buddy.
