looking for advice on how to utilze this site...
 

good morning everyone. I posted yesterday that I am looking for a buddy, but i am not sure how that will differ than this thread posting business? My wife spends some of her down time on a similar forum called baby center (we have an 18month old, Abbey) but I have no idea how to best utilize this site. I am approx. 60lbs overweight, a stay at home dad (I have fibromialgia) and a vegetarian. Any suggestions/buddies out there?

Your best bet is to look around at the various areas of the forum, post here and there, and find a spot or two you're comfortable in.
Most of us have "hopped around a little" searching for a niche. The first one isn't always the best. ;)
There are all kinds of exercise threads, different weight loss program, etc to look through.
