Aussie Fat Chick, new to forum, need buddy and help lol
 

Hi fellow fatties ;) I'm Kate, aussie from Melbourne, Victoria :) I was chugging along well, lost 4kg over the first 2weeks and then managed to pile 99% of it back on in 3 days :(

Just need some people to share all the ups and downs along the way, and to keep me out of that darn pantry cupboard! lol

I'm not following any particular diet, just watching what i eat and doing a little exercise. I have 3 small children so long walks are hard but i am trying :)

ROFL its funny you say you like Australia, my partner and i are desperately wanting to move to the states LOL

I have started off ok this morning lol, i had 2 pieces of toast with cream cheese, i know thats naughty but its better than the usual left overs or pizza lol

I live in the UK but am originally from Tasmania (it's ok I have had my second head removed - Aussie in joke folks) I was 119 kilos and now I'm only 91 or so woo hoo!!! I still have quite a bit to lose, well a lot, ok the same amount as I have lost already!
