Hello I'm New
Hello everyone. I'm new to this site. I've tried many things to lose weight. Nothing has worked. I'm going through a hard time right now and could use some support loosing weight. Right now I weigh between 240 and 245 depending on when I weigh myself. I'd like to weigh between 110 and 145 which is what my doctor said is healthy weight for a 24 yr old woman who is 5'4''. I guess that means I need to loose 100lbs. I weighed 155 before I had my daughter in Nov of "00". I was happy at that weight and long to be that size again. I guess I'll save some sharing for later. If you want to respond that would be great. Talk to someone later.

Hi Flower, :wel3fc: There's so much great information on nutrition, diet plans, and exercise on the forum--and lots of inspiration, support.
You seem a little lost on what to do --and where to start..it's daunting:dizzy: , we know! You might want to ask your doc for suggestions, look at the plan overviews offered in each of these forums here, get some books and surf-n-lurk on the threads here.. You will find a way of eating that you can adapt to your lifestyle-and we look forward to helping and supportin you --believe me, we are, or have been where you are :hug: so welcome Flower! |
Welcome
Well so far so good for me coming here what great support this is. I got myself a daily food and fitness journal. It makes me accountable for every single thing I eat, drink and do. It seems like you really have the want to do it and I'm beginning my hard core journey on Monday. We can swap idea's I have quite a bit to lose as well so we can do this walk together.
