Does anyone have their husband working with them on losing?
If so how are you doing it?

My husband is also trying to lose weight...if that's what you mean. I shop and cook it, he eats it and eats the correct portion too! He also helps me because I am a DIE HARD snacker and he won't let me snack. But we are doing it together, keeping track of what we eat, how much we eat, etc. Most importantly, unlike every other time we have tried this, he hasn't complained!!!!!!

My hubby is doing it too just not as drastic as I am. He works LONG hard hrs and really cant diet the way I can therefore. But I watch what we eat, pack healthy snacks, make sure he dont over do it at supper :)

Thank you for the advice I will have to convice my husband to do it for his health reasons.
