I`m new tooo...
Just wanted to drop by and say hi!
I just joined last night. I joined because I was looking up the Infamous Cabbage Soup Diet - to see if anyone had some worth while results to share as I felt Like I was dying... Anyways - saw all the horrible things everyone had to say about it - but still did not have the strength to move away from it since I was on day 3. I basically had the mentallity that "I didn`t just eat cabbage soup for the last three days for nothing" Well a little advice to anyone who is thinking of trying it - don`t! I had felt very light-headed the last couple of days, and last night about 1am I woke up violently ill, I thought maybe if I caved and just ate something solid I would feel better - No such luck - even today I still feel like crap! So does anyone have any Ideas for a newbie?? Hey and Welcome! My name is Yvonne you'll find lots of good ideas around here. A lot of support as well. In the support forum there is a group of wonderful ladies that are setting a goal for April fools. I'm working on the challenge of losing 30 pounds by then. If you feel like it check it out...It can be really motivating. If you need any help just let me know. Good Luck!
