Hi! I'm new!

Hi! My name is Erin, and I'm new! i'M 26, and trying to lose some of the weight I gained in college. (Forget freshman 15...try 25-30) I've started an exercise routine, and I'm looking for meal and excerise ideas!

Welcome! I'm 25, and also still trying to get rid of the "college damage"... yikes! I've been doing WW for a few weeks, and joined the exercise challenge last month, and now for January, over on the 20-Something board. Feel free to PM me, or whatever you'd like :)

Hello ladies~

I'm 22 and my college years were definitely a 30+ gain...I'm reading the new Sonoma Diet book right now and it seems like a good plan, but I'm always hesitate to say "I am going on this DIET!"...I did that for south beach and got seriously depressed while I was on it...haha Maybe we can push each other on to our pre-college day weight...

I joined the lose 14lbs by 2/14...I definitely think that is doable and a good way to start the new year! Let me know if there is anything specific you ladies might need in terms of keeping accountable!

I thought about doing the South Beach diet...but it looks like an awful lot of protien, and I have a tempremental digestive system. I've decided to lay off processed foods as much as possible, and I might start baking my own bread on the weekend. I also started over again at the gym, trying for atleast 3 days a week, plus a couple of pilates classes. ^.^
