New here, want a buddy
 

Hi,
New here...and I am looking for a buddy. I am 37 years old, and live in Minnesota. Four years ago I successfully lost about 40lbs (finally took off all the added weight after having children) I did it with WW, didn't go to the meetings at the end, but followed with the plan for several years. Here I am four years later, and I have gained 20 of it back since this summer. Last year, as a reward to myself for keeping all the weight off I had a tummy tuck to remove all the hanging skin from my weight loss. Now, I am gaining it all back! I am determined to "go back". So, here I am! I would love a buddy to be accountable to....I am excited to get started.

hi, my name is johanna and i have a similar story. i have two daughters, 2 1/2 and 6. i lost weight on weight watchers, gained some back. went on a prescription pill, lost it again. stopped the pill and now it has found it's way back. my goal is about 30 pounds. this time i have chosen a different path, i am starting nutrisystem. i figured if i could just eat what i am supposed to without any thinking, i will be able to do it, easier said then done of course.

i haven't recieved my meals yet so today i am just watching. so far i am alright. i am also committed to excercise which is something i haven't done before. since the summer i have tried that alone but i need to cut the calories too.
