Thumbs up New and have a Lot to lose

Hi, I am planning to start my new way of eating Jan. 2, 2006
I have about 70-75 pounds to lose.
The last two years I have been gaining and gaining
I have a closet full of clothes I can't fit in to, And I'm finding myself depressed over it. I love to eat and eat and just don't stop until I feel Like I'm going to explode. I am A mother of two and in the past when I have tried to diet it, it was hard because I would be cooking for them and then something for me.
After being at work 11 hours I found (made excuses) it was easier to just cook one meal. My medical problems (not to serious) makes it hard to exercise. I have bone spurs in my heal, That hurts like ****. I have Mitro valve prolapse, A crappy bladder thanks to my sweet babies. and 3 weeks ago told after test, I have ashma. I must find exercise that will work for me. Does anyone have any suggestion????????
Well i'm sure I have rambled on enough and want to just say I'm excited about finding this website.

I am starting all over again and I am looking for buddy to help me along the way. I have over 100lbs to lose and I will be starting on January 2. I am hoping we can buddy up and get this weight off in 2006!
