Girls with Goals - Christmas Challenge Last WI
 

Well its the last WI before Christmas and as I suspected (or better than I expected) I stayed the same and I am absolutely :carrot: . My weekend eating was out of control! So needless to say I am happy where I am at! Now for the holidays I will be happy to just maintain my loss so far and then continue to lose after the new year !! I want to enjoy all that the holidays have to offer but I dont want the food to be the focus of my joy!
Ladies may your holidays be everything youve ever dreamed of and more! Love your family even if they are a little weird and they all are LOL!! May santa be good to you and bring you all your secret wishes!! HUGGSS and Happy Holidays to you both !!! Well I haven't lost either but I haven't gained and that's good because this weekend was crazy I had lots of Christmas shopping and did eat on the run, along with 2 Christmas parties but at least I didn't gain. Well ladies Christmas is already here it's crazy how this year went by so fast. Well I can say I am ready for next year with a new start and a new outlook on my goals and my weight. Well ladies I lost .2 of a pound I now weigh 199.2. My desire is that I at least stay the same during the holiday. I have so much to do and I feel like I don't have enough time to do everythingbut I will get it all done. My eating is okay and my execise is good so far. I am excited about 2006.

I am weighing myself on Friday morning...crossing fingers I lost something. I kind of doubt it since I am on my period. UGH! I always gain during this time. But, I have been soooo good that I really don't care what the scale says. I know I did good! :)

Hello ladies where is everyone? I gained this time 0.8 of a pound. I now weigh 200 pounds but I am okay about it. I had a wonderful Christmas with my family and I ate a lot especially two days after the holiday. I just started back exercising as of today. My family went home Tuesday afternoon. I am ready for the New Year and I am expecting great things from us ladies. Write back when you all have a chance I want to know how everyone is doing.
