Hi, I am new and just joined. I am a bit nervous about this but thought this sounded like a neat way to get extra support. I am 30 years old and have at least 50 or more pounds to loose. I have lost 20 since the first part of November. I am going to a doctor supervised center, where the dietician has me on 1000-1200 calories a day. I am doing that, swimming twice a week, and going to curves 3 days a week. My system is in shock, I have never exercised a day in my life!!!!! Looking forward to posting and making new friends here!!!:^: :yes:

Welcome, I myself am tryin to lose 50lbs to and I have lost 13lbs so far
