Let's hear it for Texas :cheer: :welcome: Charles, from your post it looks like you are being very successful in your weight loss program. I am at a stale mate, I have not lost any weight since joining 3fatchicks. I have quadricep tendonitis and will be having trigger point massage therapy in a couple of weeks, I am hoping this will enable me to get active once again.
