Hello People

I am TyraBoots. I am 43 with a young daughter. I have about 8 stones to lose. I am completely unmotivated and hope there is someone out there that can kick me in to some kind of, at least, mental good shape.

I don't know what 8 stone represents in pounds (I do know kilos), but welcome and I wish you the best in this journey.

How old is your daughter? I am 40; son is 13 (oy! what an age), daughter is 8.

8 stone is 112 pounds as 1 stone = 14 pounds. ;) Tyra I so know where you are coming from. :hug: I hope you stick around and we can motivate each other.
