Life Change: Day 1 New Member
 

Hi all!

After turning 29 about 10 days ago I have decided that the time is finally here to stop talking and start doing. I have struggled with my weight, actually struggled is the wrong word, I have neglected my weight since my Junior year of College and have discovered that I have been grossly overweight for almost 8 years. I have weighed in this morning at 308......

I have made attempts in the past and have fluctuated the last 3 years between 275 and 310 but could never stick to anything. I have an incredible struggle with food and soda. I am looking to today as the day I start turning things around.

I recently moved to Orlando from the Detroit area and have been looking for some support groups or weight loss buddies, does not have to be local of course. I am 29, married with 3 great kids and am looking for support and buddies.
