New Woman on the Scene

Hi everyone. After seeing the weight loss signatures float around the net for a very long time, I finally decided to check y'all out.

My name is Kate (27) and I am married to a wonderful guy and we have three fabulous children (5.5yo, 20mo and 7 weeks). I am on day 7 of south beach and am looking to lose a signifigant amount of weight.
