New chick from Minnesota

Hi - I am new to the board. Just looking for more motivation. I have lost about 70 pounds since January - need to lose a bunch more. Hopefully this will keep me going in the right direction.

I have never done the buddy thing. In fact - I have never really posted on a board all that much. Do you normally post messages to each other or do you exchange emails on your personal account?
