I have a treadmill that I hop on as often as I can. I'd really like to get to the point that it's a regular part of my day, but I'm just not there yet. If I ever get organized enough to get to bed early, I'll get up earlier and work out in the mornings, but I'm having a hard time with that right now. After I lose more weight, I will buy the Biggest Loser workouts. Do you watch the show? I was totally addicted to it!
WW is awesome! I love it! If you have the discipline, there's WW online. I know for me, I need the meetings and scale, but a lot of people are successful with the online membership. There are so many plans available out there, but basically they all have the same basic foods-- like WW's Core list, so I figure that that list must be a good one to follow.
I know what you mean-- I've only been this big since getting pregnant and LITERALLY eating for two. I hate it, it's drowned my self-esteem something awful. I can't wait to be thin, again! How long have you been holding on to your weight? For me it's been about 3 years... way too long. I had SOME extra weight after my first daughter, but I gained a ton more with my 2nd pregnancy and haven't gotten it off.
