hi everyone im new at this

hello,
im new at this i have been trying to lose weight for a while now.
i lost for a while now im stuck. i am a single mom with 3 kids i just wanted
to try something new. i have found lots of information on this site.
i hope that maybe i can find someone to help me and maybe i can help
