Just joined today

I just joined today, Last night i was looking online for information about the 6 week body makeover because i saw an infomercial on it. I decided to buy it on ebay but i also decided to join this wonderful forum i hope it will really help me. Im from St. Louis Missouri and im 24 years old i weigh 235 now and i want to weigh 120 im 5'4 .
