Hi- I'm New

  • I only have about fifteen pounds that I want to lose, but that is not an easy task for me because I am a big binge eater. I go up and down all the time. I was at 155 last summer and then I got down to about 135 and have mainly stayed there since then, but have not been able to get much lower. I can be good for about a month, but then I loose it and eat really bad for a few weeks, and it takes a while for me to get back on track again. I want to finally do this once and for all and learn how to eat like a normal person and not obsess about food.
  • Hey, I need a buddy! Your profile thing sounds alot like me. I was 145 last year then Christmas came. And I never lost my Christmas weight or the last 10lbs I wanted to lose to start with. Then I felt worse and ate a ton, then I gained weight, hmm one big cycle. So I would love to help you stay on track! How does weighing on a Saturday and updating then sound?
