Hey there
my name is jenn i'm 21 and i have 2 boys.. logan is three and liam is 6 weeks

Each pregnancy I gained a lot of weight.. 83lbs with my first and about 50 with my second.
My last OB appointment before i had Liam i was 246lbs... today I am 217.
I'd really like to lose 30lbs by my birthday (June 23rd).. so that gives me 6 months to get it off!.
I'm going this month to get my YMCA membership back and plan on going atleast 3-4 days a week.
My biggest vice is junk food!.. i can eat it and eat it like it's going out of style!
do any of you have any trick/tips to help me get started?.. any good video's, equiptment ec?.. any help/advice is appreciated.
