Hi all!
I have been slacking off on my plan lately, so I haven't wanted to step on the scale or check in with anyone. I am making some small changes for this coming week. I'm making sure that I drink all my water and that I do my Walk Away the Pounds workout 4 days this week, and I'm eliminating chocolate from my diet. I plan on going to the library this week and checking out 2 books... Body For Life and the 3-Hour Diet. I'd like to learn how to eat like a normal person and not eliminate everything from my diet. I probably won't start anything until after the first of the year, but I will ditch the chocolate for the holiday season. I'll check in tomorrow. :) |
