Newbie...I need a buddy
Hello, Everyone! My name is Misty & I'm looking for a weight loss buddy. I would like to either respond via E-mail or if you are in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area in Texas maybe get together. I'm 31yrs old & would like to loss about 100lbs. I just resently had my 1st child & as you can imagine with a newborn I'm tired all the time. I'm just finding it very hard to motivate myself to get with the program & stick with it. Hello in Texas! I'm in Arizona and also have 100 pounds (and more) to lose! It's going to be a struggle but we can do it! I'm happy to e-mail or IM when I'm online which is fairly often as I am in school online full-time. What kind of diet and exercise are you following?
