new too and looking for a buddy

Hi all,

My name is movingon and I am trying again to get healthy. I am at 278 and I want to get down to 170 or so. I also went back to school to finish my degree, so I am trying to get it together. I could use someone to help me with the ropes of this terrific website. I am thrilled that there are so many who wish me well.
